Thinking and researching at the intersection of Black technoculture, education, critical race and digital media studies, and memory.

Hi! I’m a doctoral student and Presidential PhD fellow at the University of Pennsylvania’s Annenberg School for Communication. My research sits at the intersection of technology, race, and education, with a particular focus on Black American technoculture and technoskepticism. I’m especially interested in how the digital both shapes and is shaped by Blackness, and the dynamic interplay between technology and history, collective memory, and cultural memory.

A curated selection of multimodal media projects, curriculum designs, and work that I've led or co-developed.

A summary of my professional experience, skills, and expertise across both the digital tech and education sectors that inform my interests and current research as a doctoral student and early-career academic scholar.
